Our fresh-cut flower bars are the perfect activity for bridal showers, baby showers, wedding receptions, birthdays, office parties, or any special occasion.
Pick your Blooms Bar to fit your party size!
- Bud Vase Bar: Starting at a minimum of $300 for a party size under 15 people and pricing increases for parties over 15 people. This versatile flower bar can fit any party size and a quote can be created based on your number of guests. The options are endless with an assortment of blooms, greenery, textures, and bud vase styles to fit your party design.
- Petite Blooms Bar: Starting at $450. This smaller bouquet bar option will feature 6 different combinations of flowers and greenery in white or black buckets for your smaller events up to 15 people.
- Classic Blooms Bar: Starting at $750. This bouquet bar will feature a combination of 12 different flowers and greenery to make stunning bouquets for your guests. Perfect for parties up to 30 people! Available with white or black buckets and a black or gold stand.
- Lush Blooms Bar: Starting at $1200. This larger bouquet bar will be two stands of gorgeous flowers and greenery! It will feature the black stands with 18 white buckets of cut flower bliss! So fun for your next big event of up to 50 people.
- Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included within a 15 mile radius of the 27612 Raleigh, NC zip code. See below Q&A for information regarding events outside the radius zone.
The following items are included with the flower bar package as rentals and must be returned at the end of each event:
- Flower buckets with stands. Flower bucket color options include white or black. Stand color options include gold or black. You can email with your preference for color combination.
- Giant flower prop for decor and photo opportunities.
- Chalkboard sign with a suggested recipe for how to create bouquets.
- Supply caddy, floral clippers, unused rubber bands, extra brochures, and a spool of twine.
- Hand towels.
- Small trash bucket to collect trimmed stems.
- Small folding table with tablecloth available by request for more table space.
Terms and Conditions:
The flowers included with the Boon Blooms Bar package are designer selected. This package does not allow for client specified flowers or custom requests. Please keep all animals away from all greenery and flowers at events because some foliage and blooms are toxic to animals and may cause death if ingested. Please see below Q&A for details on custom designed flower bar packages. This package does not include an on-site floral designer to help with bouquets. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled event will receive a refund of 50% of your total package.
Q: How do I reserve my date & time for a flower bar?
A: Please email or fill out the form below to confirm availability for your event. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your date.
Q: Do you offer flower bar packages for large events or markets?
A: Yes! Please email or fill out the form below to discuss the best package based on your event size. Boon Mail currently cannot invest in large events where attending guests are expected to pay for the flowers at the event. The host of the event will need to cover the cost of the Blooms Bar package to guarantee my cost and labor will be covered for the service.
Q: What if my event is outside the 15 mile 27612 zip code radius?
A: We would be happy to travel for your event outside our standard radius. An additional charge will be added to your package based on location and distance. Please share the event location in your request and we will provide a quote.
Q: Can I select the flower types included in my flower bar?
A: Flowers included in the standard package are designer selected. You may request a color scheme for the flower bar and we’ll do our best to match your colors with the flowers in season. For an additional $100 design fee, we do offer the option to custom design your floral bar with our team. Please email to discuss specifics and confirm flower availability and cost of additional flower requests.
Q: Can one of your designers stay at our event and help create bouquets?
